Payment Options
I offer a variety of payment methods to meet your needs. Each option has its own advantages, and the best choice depends on your financial situation, privacy preferences, and mental health goals.
Here’s a breakdown to help you decide what works best for you. If you’re unsure which option is best for you, I’d be happy to talk it through and help guide you toward the right fit during your free 15 minute consultation.
This option offers the highest level of privacy and flexibility. No diagnosis or treatment details are shared with insurance companies, and you’re not restricted by session limits, pre-approved treatment plans, or additional documentation. It’s a great choice for those who prefer more control over their care or want added discretion.
Using your insurance can significantly reduce out-of-pocket costs. It’s a convenient option for many clients and may cover a wide range of services. Some clients choose a hybrid approach—using insurance for general therapy while paying privately for specialized or short-term work, such as couples therapy, which isn’t always covered by insurance plans.
If your employer offers an EAP, you may be eligible for a limited number of fully covered sessions. EAPs are a great way to access short-term support without any cost to you. These programs are confidential and designed to help with a range of personal and work-related concerns. I am part of several EAP networks—feel free to reach out to see if yours is included.
